HT Motor Services has the equipment, knowledge and experience to carry out diagnosis, repairs or general maintenance/servicing on most vehicle air conditioning systems.

We can service vehicles using R134a gas and 1234yf gasses. Most vehicles from 2017 use 1234yf with the exception of a few brands using an alternative gases which we currently do not cover.

By using the latest equipment, we can also ensure an environmentally friendly way to locate leaks from most modern vehicle air conditioning systems should yours have developed a leak.

We can offer a complete start to finish diagnosis, repair or service.

Pricing

We operate our service slightly different to most. By charging a set AC service fee and then charging per gram of gas used. This ensures every customer gets a fair price regardless of the size of their AC system. Some vehicles which have their systems maintained regularly already have good gas levels and therefore the gas we recover from the system is serviced and reused.

The service fee of £45 includes recovery of your system (gas, oil, moisture), a vacuum, a leak test, leak dye injection, oil injection and a re-gassed to the correct quantity. The additional gas used to bring your system up to correct pressure will be charged at our current rate for R134a and 1234yf.

So prices can start from £45 for an already healthy and fully charged AC system.
